14-day returns

You have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product.
This right applies exclusively to end consumers (not businesses).

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

Be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Retain its original packaging, labels, and intact seals.
Include all original accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been clearly used or whose original packaging has been unsealed.

We recommend making sure the product meets your needs before using it.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

For legal reasons and consumer protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

Products sealed for hygiene or health reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
Products with a short expiry date or goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
Items that have been used beyond a simple inspection, preventing their resale.
Personalised or made-to-order products according to the customer’s specifications.
Software, digital content, or licensed products that have been unsealed.

These exceptions do not affect your warranty rights or the handling of defective products or transport-related incidents.

Transport-related incidents
If your order arrives with visible damage caused by transport, please contact our team within the first 12 hours after receipt so we can handle it properly.

For returns made under the right of withdrawal, OUTLET PC will refund the cost of the product.
Initial shipping costs are not refunded, as they are offset by the collection service.
