What is Outlet PC?
Our model is simple: find deals below the usual price and offer them with clear information. Sometimes it’s clearance and overstock (brand-new products); other times it’s returns, open-box or refurbished items; and in groceries, we also work with short-dated products (always clearly indicated).
Alongside our online store, we’ve also had 7 physical stores (and a real team) since the beginning. It’s one of the things that gives the most peace of mind: behind the website, there’s a well-established business with a local presence.

We only list what’s truly worth it on price. Clearance, returns, open-box, cosmetic imperfections and short-dated products, depending on the category.
End-to-end control
We manage the process from start to finish (receiving, preparation and dispatch). That reduces issues and enables clearer information.
Prepared according to condition
Many products arrive brand new. In other cases, we check what’s needed so it arrives as it should, with its condition clearly stated.

Before selling online, we started with physical stores. Today, we still have several high-street locations: you can see products in person and speak to our team face to face.
We like you to know there are real people and real stores behind the website. It’s extra peace of mind, especially if it’s your first purchase.
Fun facts from Outlet PC
Why are we called Outlet PC if we sell everything?
When we started in 2008, our world was computers and IT products. That’s where the “PC” in our name comes from: Outlet PC was literally a computer outlet.
Over time, we realised we could apply the same real-deal philosophy to many more categories: home, kitchen, sports, climate control, small appliances, even groceries. If we can offer it at the best possible price and it makes sense as a deal, we list it.
That’s why we joke that PC can also stand for “Prices & Bargains”. So if one day you see a PC next to some tins of tuna, don’t worry: you’re in the right place.
And why orange and blue?
When it was time to choose brand colours, we looked around the warehouse and it was obvious: our shelving was Mecalux, blue and orange. And we thought, “Why make it more complicated?”.
At Outlet PC, we’re very pragmatic: we’d rather spend time finding deals and getting orders out than debating a Pantone. So those colours stayed — and today they’re part of our identity.
