Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the products included in the order. When an item is added to the cart, the minimum shipping cost is displayed, and as items are added, the cost is automatically updated. The final shipping cost can always be seen in the last step of the checkout process or on the right side of the product page, in the button referred to as "Calculate shipping cost."
Please note that you can view the transportation cost without initiating the purchase process as long as you have logged in with your user account. You can view the shipping fees in the summary of the shopping cart.
- Before completing the purchase, in the "Shipping" section of the checkout process, you can choose the billing and shipping addresses.
- Please review the provided shipping cost information. In case of incorrect information, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
- If you have any doubts regarding a shipment, please contact us through any of our assistance channels so that we can assist you.
Currently, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla for logistical reasons.
Delivery Times
The delivery time is 24/72 business hours* for Peninsula shipments using Correos Express and MRW courier companies. Shipments made through other carriers (large volume products) will be detailed later.
- Orders are processed until 13:00h. Therefore, all orders placed after that time limit will be shipped on the following business day.
- Non-Peninsula shipments (Balearic Islands) have a delivery time of 72/96 hours.
*We cannot guarantee delivery times. We strive to ensure that the transportation companies comply with the agreed conditions, but delays may occur due to reasons beyond Outlet PC's control.
Large Appliance Shipments
Next, we explain the shipping conditions regarding White Goods products, which include kitchen, cleaning, ventilation, and refrigeration appliances.

❌ Not included in the service:
- Ovens, cooktops, faucets, sinks, hoods, or any BUILT-IN or INTEGRABLE appliances.
- BUILT-IN or INTEGRABLE appliances are only delivered without installation.
- Handling of gas, electricity, plumbing.
- No modification or expansion of the existing installation at the domicile.
Conditions for Large Appliance Delivery
Delivery with viable access, without the need for a crane, and without unpacking or disassembling the product.

- The existing installation must allow for installation without modifications.
- In the case of American refrigerators, if necessary, the domicile must have a water connection at the chosen installation location.
- For American refrigerators, the customer must confirm in advance the viability of access, both in the common area (entrance) and inside the domicile and along the route to it.
In case of incompatibilities with accessories, assembly will not be carried out.
- Different-sized water connections than those provided with the product.
The product is not disassembled to access the domicile.
If, due to product dimensions or access to the domicile, the product needs to be unpacked for delivery, it will be the responsibility and risk of the consumer, and OutletPC will not assume any damages that may occur to the product due to the need to remove the packaging, and it will be done only upon acceptance/assumption of this responsibility by the consumer.
The product location must be within a sufficient distance from the connections (antenna, water, or electricity) to allow installation with the accessories contained in the product.
All additional services requested must be indicated prior to product delivery.
In summary, installation must be able to be completed entirely with the product's contents. Additional services require specialized teams, so it is essential to be aware of them in advance. Failure to do so may result in the need for additional visits to perform those additional services.
All appliances must be inspected by the user, and the delivery receipt must be signed in the presence of the delivery team (the signature must be made by an adult). If a user requests that the appliances not be unpacked, it must be indicated on the delivery receipt. OutletPC and the delivery personnel cannot consider any claims related to product or property damage once the delivery personnel have left the premises, except in exceptional circumstances. Any damage or problem that arises at the time of delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt.
Installation only applies to freestanding appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, refrigerators, and American refrigerators. Installation will be subject to the following requirements:
- Installation can be done if water, drainage, and electricity connections are located within a maximum distance of 1.2 meters.
- The used appliance must be disconnected before the delivery personnel arrive at the domicile.
- Installation will not be carried out if the power socket is considered unsafe.
- Additional carpentry, electricity, or plumbing work cannot be performed.
If these conditions are not met, the connection cannot be made, and the cost of this service will not be refunded. The delivery personnel are not authorized to return at a later date to make a connection. Drivers are authorized to refuse the connection if the safety conditions are not adequate. If the delivery personnel consider that the criteria have been fully met, the appliance will be connected to the water and electricity supply, leveled, and a simple test will be performed to ensure that the appliance is operational and free of leaks.
Change of Door Opening Direction (Refrigerator Range)
The change of door opening direction in the refrigerator range must be requested at the time of purchase. Requests for this service will not be considered at a later date.
The door opening direction change service for refrigerators and combi models is not technically possible for all models, so the possibility of performing this service must be ensured before requesting it.
Old Appliance Removal
The removal of old appliances must be requested at the time of purchase. Requests for this service will not be considered at a later date.
For the removal of an old appliance, it must be disconnected, empty, and dry when the delivery personnel arrive at the domicile. The removal of an old appliance can only be done at the time of delivery of the new appliance. The old appliance cannot be removed if it is not of the same characteristics as the new appliance. This will be evaluated by the transport company at the time of delivery.
We cannot return if the old appliance is not ready for removal. If these conditions are not met, the removal cannot be performed, and the cost of this service will not be refunded.
Delivery Problem Policy
Outlet PC works together with our distributors and delivery personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient service. As a company, OutletPC has clear policies regarding the home delivery of its appliances:
- All appliances must be inspected by the customer at the time of delivery.
- Any damages detected must be indicated on the delivery receipt, on the copy that is provided to the delivery personnel.
- If damage occurs or is detected when the driver is present, the driver must take back the appliance, and we will do our best to replace the appliance as soon as possible.
- Any claims related to transportation must be made on the same day of delivery. To file a claim, open an incident from your customer account or send an email to "infoweb@outlet-pc.es".
- In shipments made with carriers that are not specialized in large volume products, it cannot be guaranteed that delivery will be made inside the home, only delivery at street level can be guaranteed. Possible cases would be ovens, large appliances or products with very high weights.
