Omni-Biotic Metabolic is a supplement designed to balance the intestinal flora by displacing selected firmicutes bacteria and restoring balance in the gut. Combined with sufficient exercise and a healthy, calorie-reduced diet, it can facilitate weight loss. Ingredients include corn starch, maltodextrin, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), galactooligosaccharides (GOS), polydextrose, pea protein, potassium chloride, magnesium sulfate, and various beneficial bacterial strains. The recommendation is to mix one bag of Omni-Biotic Metabolic in water and wait at least 1 minute before consuming, preferably in the morning before breakfast or at night before bedtime.
