All our hot water bags are carefully made in France. We use quality wheat harvested between Toulouse and Montpellier and authentic lavender flowers picked in PROVENCE. Our hot water bags offer moments of well-being, comforting and relieving everyday minor ailments. For use, simply place the hot water bag in the microwave oven, making sure it does not interfere with the tray rotation. Always test the heat of your hot water bag before use to avoid burns. Follow the indicated heating times and heat only when the item is at room temperature. If you need freshness, you can place the hot water bag in the freezer for 2 hours. Please note that in the first uses, the hot water bag may emit slight moisture. To rehydrate the wheat grains, regularly insert a glass of water in the microwave tray next to the hot water bag. Please note the safety warnings: heat exclusively in the microwave by a responsible adult, avoid direct contact with the child's skin, and be careful when removing the item from the microwave to avoid burns. Do not overheat the hot water bag and do not ingest its contents. Inspect the bag regularly and discard it if the envelope is damaged. After use, store the bag in a cool, dry place. To clean it, use a slightly damp sponge and let it dry completely before using it again.
