How to use this sleeping pad: - Take the pad out of its carrying bag - Open the valve and place the pad flat to allow it to auto-inflate - Close the valve to avoid air from rushing back out when you lay on it - Inflate the pillow with your mouth or an air pump - Enjoy the comfort and warmth of our Sleeping Pad! Notice: For the first time use, keep the sleeping mattress self-inflated for several minutes. Close the valves when the pad is fully inflated and store overnight.
